“nothing short of stunning” Jim Lee, Dirty Linen USA review of Otley Festival
Grace Notes perform a cappella and accompanied arrangements of traditional and contemporary songs in three-part harmony.
Now in their 16th year, their highly praised harmonies and thoughtful repertoire make them one of the folk scene's best loved female groups. Individually they have a much longer history of live performance and recording sessions with Nic Jones, The Chieftains, Mountain Ash Band, John Tams, Bert Jansch, New Victory Band & Muckram Wakes, to name only some.

A Woman's Work
"Maids may sit still, go or run
But a woman's work is never done"
A presentation of songs about women's work through time.
Grace Notes explore female occupations that are represented in traditional and contemporary material, from the C17th to the present day.
The songs are arranged in harmony, a cappella and accompanied, in customary Grace Notes' fashion.
